"Hi, my name is Danny. I have been in the restaurant business for more than 25 years. I have accumulated from the restaurant business 15 years of independent business titles and food management. I have 5 years of experience in bussing and catering, 10 years of experience in business management, and 10 years of knowledge in the culinary world-both food preparation and business view.
Running a restaurant is a mean feat as imperative as to possess a knack for leading a competitive style. I believe that nothing comes easy, and if it does, it's not worth the work. There are no shortcuts in life, everything has to be earned. Therefore, if I prefer to earn it, I will appreciate it more."
